Extremamente decepcionada com a falta de água que nos impossibilitou de ter qualquer higiene. Um terror! Crianças dormindo sem banho. Não fomos avisados de nada, fomos surpreendidos com chuveiro e torneiras sem nada de água.

Incrível! A hospitalidade é o ponto forte junto com o atendimento desde a recepção com o August e Aline até o café da manhã com a Munique Rocha, Leilane Pereira, Gustavo e Regina, Laiane, Bianca, Iasmin e o responsável pelos pães que são simplesmente perfeitos. Um agradecimento especial ao funcionário Disnei que me ajudou quando tive um problema em meu carro. A estadia no Marriot é sempre perfeita!

Alto padrão porém com pts de melhoria na limpeza!

Hotel possui um padrão excelente porém falta gestão em algumas áreas pois fica bem abaixo pelo padrão do hotel, limpeza no andar/ corredores não existe nem lixeiras o que faz ter lixos pelos corredores do andar que estava ao longo dos 6 dias q fiquei hotel além de sacos de lixo nos cantos corredor! O quarto ficou 3 dias sem limpeza, mesmo solicitando diariamente… o máximo q fizeram foi trocar as toalhas no primeiro dia…, hotel lotado mas estrutura e gestão deve existir sempre! Destaque para café da manhã, excelente! Em tudo, serviço, variedade, reposição adequada mesmo em alta demanda!! Parabéns!

Très décevant

Très décevant . Hôtel loin de toutes commodites . Il est nécessaire de payer minimum 20/30€ d’uber par jour . Plusieurs incidents pendant le voyage , tous les matins je me faisais réveiller par de l’eau dans les conduits , propreté à revoir plusieurs fois pas de ménage pendant 2/3 jours , problème de porte nous sommes resté bloque avec deux enfants à l’intérieur de la chambre impossible de sortir la porte était cassé obligé de dormir avec le verrou . Pendant 5jour la climatisation était à 28degres donc impossible de dormir . Pour un hôtel mariott j’ai été très déçu

Around the building is so neglected. Olimpys has gone and the building stay odd. The need to invest as Marriot brand is so rare they are not investing to mantenimient.
