Nem tudo que reluz é OURO.

Café da manha muito bom, cama excelente, o hotel esta em uma ótima localização, perto do shopping grande Rio. Infelizmente, como nem tudo é perfeito, o local para escovar os dentes, esta do lado de fora do banheiro., o engenheiro que fez esta planta, não deve ter se hospedado em nenhum lugar. O banheiro não tem janelas, é ventilação forçada, por um exaustor com um barulho enorme, deve estar quebrado.

Horrible desastroso

Una experiencia pésima. Desde que llegamos, todo fue decepcionante. Había cucarachas en la habitación, los blancos estaban manchados, y tanto el espejo como la mampara del baño estaban sucios. Cuando pedimos que nos cambiaran de cuarto, la recepcionista nos cortó el teléfono. Luego nos llamó otro empleado, pero no hicieron el menor esfuerzo por entendernos en español. Finalmente, nos cambiaron de habitación, pero seguía en el mismo piso y con condiciones similares. La ubicación tampoco es buena, lo cual empeora aún más la experiencia. No volvería y no lo recomiendo para nada.

Sol até as 13h só!

Fiquei apenas um dia, estava a trabalho e escolhi um hotel q achei ser perto do aeroporto e q tivesse piscina. Bom, não é tão perto assim e a piscina só bate sol até umas 13h depois fica sombra. Se quiser ir por causa da piscina para tomar sol, não recomendo. E não tem agua no quarto, tem q comprar. Mas o preço q paguei por apenas um dia talvez justifique não ter nem agua no quarto.

No geral, a estadia foi boa. Como pontos de melhoria, coloco o wifi que oscilou bastante, principalmente no segundo dia, e a tv do quarto que não era smart. Quarto amplo e bem equipado, inclusive com uma boa mesa para trabalhar.

Atendimento impecável, tivemos problemas no ar condicionado do quarto e fomos prontamente realocados. Café da manhã bem servido, mas TODO exposto e haviam moscas pousando nos alimentos. Poderiam cobrir pães, frutas, frios, etc, há risco de saúde nesse caso. Obs: presunto com coloração duvidosa, não pareciam estar mantidos em "bandeja" resfriada.
