2 days stay at Rio De Janeiro

Location is good near Metro and beach, breakfast is excellent. Staff is friendly but need patient for check-in. And it is safe.

Not a 4 star standard.

Poor service, small rooms, definitely not deserves for 4 stars as a hotel. The "luxury" room is a shame to be called so. Better to choose another hotels nearby.

Wonderful location if you want Copacabana. Rooms are small to USA expectations but price/value is excellent. Staff could not be more helpful.

Hard avoid. Aggressive, rude, condescending and vicious staff member who is apparently called Rafael. He brings this hotel which would be ok, into being a totally terrible experience. A horrible man who I saw also being abusive to other members of staff.

Mostly great, although my sheets where the cleanest and had stains on them. Rooms was next to the main road and very loud, even if you gave me some ear plugs I would of been happy with that! But breakfast was great, beds were comfy, shower was ok no the warmest or closest. All in all 6/10

The Nobile Hotel Copacabana Design in Rio de Janeiro has 2 good things going for it. It is very close to the beach and at least the 2 rooms we had on 2 different floors were very clean. Rooms are not large, the bed and 1 chair just fit in the room. Me and my wife could not walk around the bed side by side anywhere in the room. The Beds were square and very hard. Not a lump or soft spot in them. The pillows we had were a combination of one extra firm and the other became as flat as a sheet of paper once you laid on it. The TV that was on the opposite wall is not for those with seeing deficiencies. The wall slot made for a TV was huge but I did not know they made TV’s that small anymore. I think it was 21inch maybe a little bigger. There was no blanket when we arrived I had to ask for 2 from the reception and they looked at me funny when I did so. The bed just came with a Top Sheet. The bathroom like I mentioned before smelled the clean scent of bleach and ammonia, the smell you wish in a hotel bathroom. The towels were clean but they need to buy new ones. They had been washed so many times their were no fibers left on large cloths to actually dry yourself with. The bathroom ventilation was also so poor nothing would dry in their if you hung up the towels so needed to get new ones everyday. Foi excelente! Lindo hotel, bem localizado, em frente a estação de metrô, funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Café da manhã delicioso. Tivemos somente um problema com o ar condicionado no primeiro dia, mas foi resolvido imediatamente.

Falta de bom senso no atendimento no check in

Hotel com boa localização, meu quarto foi bem limpo e silencioso. Contudo, mesmo tendo reserva paga no aplicativo, tive que esperar por uma hora e vinte minutos no Hall de entrada pois o sistema do hotel não indicava minha reserva. Mostrei o comprovante e sugeri que deixasse meu cartão de credito como garantia, pois estava cansado da viagem e queria descansar. O representante do hotel no check in foi intransigente, dizendo que só me liberaria quando o sistema deles indicassem a informação que ele queria. Disse que havia um quarto vago e que eu estava dando meu cartão de credito como garantia, mas ele preferiu se apegar na burocracia e nos deixou aguardando o tempo mensionado acima.

Bem localizado, perto da praia, com várias opções de refeições ao redor e café da manhã bom. Sem estacionamento próprio, então se tiver de carro, se prepare para estacionamentos bem caros ao redor, ou bastante dificuldade com vagas na rua com muitos guardadores e sistema de zona azul com arcaica, ainda em papel (não tem app)
