Good place e to say regarding price and location. The staff were extremely friendly and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel was very clean. The bathroom sink faucet and the toilet appeared ready to be updated.

3 min. walk to tram. Helpful and obliging staff. Clean hotel. Renovated room. Tile floors in hall and thin walls meant a rather noisy stay but staff expressed genuine concern and were very accommodating. Supermarket and self-serve laundry at considerable distance.

Main door to unit's closing mechanism in disrepair. Room lock safe had pieces of wall missing around it. Makeshift repairs. Not much in the way of making you feel safe/secure.

This is the worst hotel I've even been to (and I do travel a lot). Breakfast was OK and the staff was friendly, but the property is extremely old, dirty, smelly and in horrible condition. The surroundings are just like the hotel, plus a lot of beggars and pick pockets (you should totally avoid staying in the downtown area of Rio).
Ruined walls, dirty and unpainted.

Não é a primeira vez que me hospedo neste hotel. Nos últimos dois anos fiquei aqui cerca de cinco vezes e, até então, o custo-benefício compensava principalmente pela excelente localização. Infelizmente, a cada nova hospedagem a qualidade parece piorar. Este fim de semana foi a última vez que me hospedei aqui. Apesar da localização continuar sendo um ponto positivo e o preço ser razoável, hoje existem outros hotéis na região com valores semelhantes e estrutura muito superior. Os principais problemas que encontrei foram: ar-condicionado sem funcionar corretamente, piso do quarto em péssimo estado de conservação (com aspecto de sujeira e falta de manutenção), paredes com pintura bastante deteriorada e cortinas antigas, rasgadas e sem blackout. Como as janelas são totalmente de vidro, fui acordada pelo sol por volta das 6h da manhã nos dois dias, o que prejudicou completamente o descanso. Solicitei a troca da cortina ou a mudança de quarto, mas ambos os pedidos foram negados. Outro ponto negativo são os elevadores, que não comportam a quantidade de hóspedes. Nos horários de maior movimento chegamos a esperar quase oito minutos para conseguir utilizá-los. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar. Não é ruim, mas é simples e sem muitos diferenciais. É uma pena, pois sempre gostei da localização e já recomendei este hotel no passado. Porém, considerando a falta de manutenção, o conforto oferecido e o atendimento diante dos problemas relatados, infelizmente não pretendo voltar.

O quarto estava com lixo no chao atrás do armário, além de ter muito mofo nas paredes do banheiro, parede faltando reboco. Um pequeno caos. Os funcionários e o café da manhã são excelentes, porém esse detalhe da infraestrutura do quarto me deixou bem frustrada. É a terceira vez que me hospedo no Atlantico e foi o pior quarto dessa vez.

Nossa experiência no hotel foi bastante insatisfatória. O quarto apresentava problemas de infiltração, que ficaram ainda mais evidentes durante a chuva. Além disso, a limpeza deixou a desejar: encontramos resíduos de cabelo e pedaços de papel no chão logo ao entrar, o vidro do box estava engordurado, ficamos 6 dias hospedados e nosso banheiro se quer foi varrido nesse período e havia um forte odor de esgoto retornando pelo ralo do banheiro. Infelizmente, a higiene e a conservação do quarto não atenderam às expectativas, comprometendo significativamente a qualidade da nossa estadia.
