The property looks pretty old but it’s ok staff was nice breakfast is the same thing every day they should change it. I read some reviews that said that there is no hot water but there was overall I can’t complain.

El edificio es muy viejo los ascensores se traban El agua de la pileta en la terraza estaba verde El desayuno es muy pobre, sin maquina para tostar si quiera, ni medialunas El inodoro pierde y se escucha la gotita caer toda la noche El bidet no se puede elegir la canilla para lluvia o para limpieza, sale por los dos lados, no sirve ninguna Las toallas las cambian cada 2 días para "preservar el medio ambiente" La rejilla de la ducha se salía El blackout se salía Las tarjetas de ingreso se desmagnetizan de la nada El wifi es horrible, lento y se cae a cada rato La televisión solo tiene canales de aire Se escuchan los ruidos de las habitaciones linderas Si pueden evitar este hotel, se hacen un favor, no creo que vaya a cambiar para nada

Mi experiencia vivida durante mi estadía en su hotel, lamentablemente, el servicio recibido estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado: La habitación nunca fue limpiada durante mi permanencia. La caja fuerte se encontraba dañada e inutilizable. Las instalaciones de la habitación eran antiguas y poco confortables. El desayuno fue repetitivo, exactamente el mismo todos los días. En cuanto a la piscina, se nos informó que el horario de uso era hasta las 20h30; sin embargo, a las 19h00 apagaron las luces sin previo aviso. Al día siguiente, al exigir una explicación, nos indicaron que se encontraba cerrada por mantenimiento, lo cual no fue comunicado oportunamente. Todos estos inconvenientes generaron una experiencia insatisfactoria y decepcionante, conociendo que son un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Não fiquem!! Tomamos banho frio, o café da manhã, tivemos que toma lo na padaria. Não tinha pratos, talheres, e mesas para sentar, sem contar a fila. E quando reclamamos, fizeram pouco caso. Não foram atenciosos e nem resolveram os problemas. Enfim... uma péssima experiência.

A hospedagem é razoável, principalmente pelo bom custo-benefício proporcionado pela localização e pelo preço, que são bastante atrativos. No entanto, fica evidente que o hotel não busca se destacar pela excelência, mas sim manter um padrão apenas “ok”. No check-in, o atendimento foi cordial, porém, às 15h, nosso quarto ainda não estava disponível, mesmo com o horário oficial de entrada sendo às 14h. Não fomos os únicos nessa situação, pois outros hóspedes também aguardavam a liberação dos quartos. A estrutura do hotel apresenta um estilo claramente vintage, dando a impressão de que não passou por reformas significativas desde a inauguração. O quarto é pouco iluminado, com roupa de cama simples: apenas dois travesseiros na cama de casal, um lençol sobre o colchão e outro para cobrir. Apesar de ter lido algumas reclamações sobre a temperatura da água do chuveiro, no nosso caso ele funcionou perfeitamente, aquecendo bem e oferecendo um fluxo de água abundante, semelhante a uma cascata. O café da manhã é simples, mas cumpre bem a sua função. No geral, a experiência foi apenas satisfatória, sem grandes destaques. Atendeu às necessidades básicas, mas provavelmente não optaria por me hospedar novamente.

Vi muitas avaliações negativas e por isso me hospedei com receio. Mais eu gostei do atendimento da recepção, do atendimento telefônico qdo precisei, a camareira do 4°andar uma simpatia de pessoa. Agora o elevador na hora do café da manhã é um grande caos. O café da manhã é simples mais bom. A internet é bem razoável, oscila demais. Vi algumas pessoas falando de baratas, comprei até veneno mais graças a Deus não tinha nenhuma no meu quarto e pelo hotel tbm não vi nenhuma. A cobertura onde fica a piscina tem uma vista linda do mar. E um bom espaço de convivência. Resumindo pelo valor da diária que eu encontrei, foi muito bom o custo benefício. Me hospedaria novamente.
