The bathroom was quite dirty with some of the trim being rotten from mould and whatnot. The bathroom also had gnats in it. The curtain for the window was also broken and had major holes in it. The staff were very friendly however and helped me out in my travels.

Property definitely needs a bit of maintenance. My room was not very clean and they didn’t not service the room daily. Only one day they replaced towels and made the bed. Overall ok stay but I wouldn’t choose this hotel again Breakfast was good

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and was very disappointed. The room was missing what I consider basic amenities: no mini fridge, no microwave, no hair dryer, and no iron. When I checked in, I noticed the bathroom floor towel was dirty with shoe marks. I requested room service on the 4th day, and all they did was hang the same towels back up instead of replacing them. The surrounding area felt a little unsafe, though we did find a nice bar and bakery just a 5 minute walk away.

My connecting flight was delayed so I never made it to rio. I tried contacting the hotel several times before this happened and after it happened, and the hotel never responded. Terrible customer service. I have reported the incident to hotels.com

This hotel is terrible, it’s located in a very unsafe neighborhood, and the hotel is dark and old, everything is old, the hallways are very dark. And even the mirrors on the stair walls are broken. They even charge R$30 if you want to put your luggage in their storage for a little while after you check out. It’s not worth the money even though the hotel charge low price. Not recommended

Precisa de uma reforma interna

Hotel aparentemente muito bonito a primeira vista, mas quando partimos para os detalhes, muito a desejar… As toalhas, nao sao nem toalhas, sao umas fraldas grandes, cheias de buraco, pedimos o serviço para limpeza do quarto, tinham 5 camas, só foi forrada uma e o resto ficou do mesmo jeito, alem de nao terem trocado as toalhas, cafe da manhã organizado, porem com poucas opcoes, so ovo e salsicha. O tamanho do quarto é agradavel, mas as camas ja estao velhas e o ar condicionado nao estava funciionando direito. 😕

Limpeza deficiente

Experiência ruim. Hotel carece de manutenção e limpeza é deficiente. Cheguei no apartamento e não havia toalhas e tapete no banheiro. O telefone do quarto não funcionava e o banheiro não estava limpo, com respingos de urina nas bordas do vaso sanitário. Pedi para trocar de apartamento e quando chego no outro apartamento também não havia toalhas e tapete no banheiro. Além disso as cortinas dos quartos são muito sujas e o colchão é velho. Péssima experiência!

Hotel não é do que vemos nas imagens não tem frigobar passei a estadia toda bebendo água quente, os quartos não era limpos todos os dias, no primeiro dia não tinha toalhas e tapetes tivemos que pedi na recepção pq ligação não atendem.

Ficamos de sexta ate terça. Meu marido e filho . No quarto de luxo . Que nao tinha nada de luxo.a limpeza precária. As toalha nunca fpi trocada . Bamheiro sujo . A gente saia e voltava a noite . E o quarto sempre sujo . Gerente desse hotel tem que fiscalizar os quartos as funcionárias nao sabem fazer limpeza. Faltou pouco pra mim pedi a vassoura e cloro pra lavar o banheiro. Nao recomendo
