It was clean but it felt antiquated and the beds were not very comfortable..although it was just three blocks from the beach it was close to the entrance of a favela. The pool was very small compared to the picture..and had a scrubby look...breakfast was good and the internet is very poor ...

The only positive thing about this hotel is its location. Check-in took almost an hour, which was very frustrating. The breakfast was exactly the same every day, with no variety at all. The elevators were extremely slow, and we often had to wait a long time just to get one. Overall, the location is the only reason I would consider staying here again.

The worst experience of my life at this hotel. Horrible service. The hotel sells itself with photos, but don't be fooled; the photos aren't of the hotel. The hotel is old, the rooms smell awful, and nothing works. Everything is antiquated, and the manager, named Rene, is a person with no respect or manners when dealing with customers. If I could, I would give it 0 stars. Horrible experience!

This was my third stay here. I did not like the room they gave me. There were only four power outlets: One in the bathroom, one in the corridor close to the entrance, another reserved for the TV, and one reserved for the A/C. The A/C one was closest to the bed. If I wanted to charge my phone while in bed, I had to unplug the A/C, & sit/laydown on the edge of the bed. It was an uncomfortable experience. Luckily, I did not need to use the A/C during this stay. If I come back, I'll bring an extension cord. I also learned their guest policy has changed at the worst possible timing. Due to past drama, only registered guests are allowed in the rooms now.

O hotel está necessitando de uma reforma, tá bem antigo, ar-condicionados antigos que não gelam tanto, atrás da cama tem controles que não funcionam, fiquei uns 30 minutos pra conseguir fazer check in pois só tinha 1 funcionario na recepção, os funcionários da limpeza são maravilhosos, e a melhor parte do hotel é o café da manhã ! O hotel não parece 4 estrelas como diz! Se tivesse uma reforma seria muito melhor!

Hotel péssimo, começa pelo atendimento quando chega, muito enrolado , o banheiro a higienização é péssima o banheiro parece que nunca foi lavado vaso chega ser escuro, ar condicionado barulhento tv só pega 3 canais, a cama é péssima os criados mudo com teia de aranha, única coisa que prestou foi o café da manhã. O restante não compensa ficar nesse hotel . É jogar dinheiro fora

Decepção total. Unica coisa boa são os funcionários da recepção, muito solícitos e educados. Já os do café da manhã são pessimos, igual o próprio café horrivel, café sem opções de fruta, só tem pão e bolo. Péssimo. A Piscina ótima, só o que salva ainda. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum, arrependo de não ter ido para outro bem próximo e melhor.
