It was a good hotel for the price. The walls were really thin though and you could hear everything going on around you. Not a super great location, didn’t really feel safe just walking out of the door and down the street.

I’ve stayed in several hotels in Rio, but Rede Andrade was disappointing. Linens, towels were really old, with stains barely having holes on them. Toilet paper was really poor quality too - I had to buy new ones for me. Hotel doesn’t have good TV reception. When there was one, the image and sound was pretty bad. My room was also noisy and black out curtains didn’t really block the sun. Although the hotel staff was great and was always friendly and helpful, I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Muy bien la Habitación. Muy bien el desayuno. Muy Buena la atención. El cambio de las toallas de baño, abastecimiento de Papel Higiénico y jabon de baño no fue el mejor. En 2 ocasiones tuvimos que llamar la atencion sobre ello. Las toallas de baño estaban con huecos y con el tejido casi por romperse.

Jáperdi a conta de quantas vezes fiquei nesse hotel, por seu ótimo custo benefício! Bem localizado, silencioso e funcionários muito prestativos - em especial Luciana e Sofia da recepção e a Lucimar do café da manhã, que é bem variado

O atendimento da recepção exclusivo de uma das recepcionistas deixou a desejar, a mesma não apresentou simpatia, aparentando estar insatisfeita com o que estava fazendo os demais recepcionistas foram incríveis! A arrumação do quarto foi ótima porém deixaram uma toalha horrível realmente sem condições de uso! Inclusive reportamos ao hotel a toalha não tinha mais as fibras de tecido macia e estava parecendo uma atadura. Café da manhã saboroso e as meninas do café tbm bastante simpática, ar condicionado, tv chuveiro e conforto da cama excelentes!

Péssimo, a cama é de casal, mas o colchão é menor que a cama, o colchão era do modelo "viúva" que é para solteiro, me hospedei por 7 dias com minha namorada no hotel, logo no primeiro dia reportei no balcão sobre o colchão ser de solteiro e não de casal para que fosse tomada alguma providência, disseram que ia falar com a governanta, não nos deram qualquer resposta, tivemos que dormir um virado para um lado e outro invertido (nós pés), além disso o colchão estava totalmente sem condições de uso, com buracos e partes ressaltadas, que geraram imenso desconforto na coluna tendo que fazer tratamento com remédio e injeções para dores lombares. Não aconselho, não recomendo, o mínimo que um hotel pode oferecer é um lugar básico para dormir que é o colchão e nem isso o hotel foi capaz de proporcionar, no qual deixou um colchão de solteiro para um casal que se hospedou por 7 dias no hotel, reafirmando, péssimo.

Diferente do mesmo hotel da rede em Recife, as condições da acomodação são ruins. Ao chegar fomos para um quarto cuja roupa de cama estava usada. A manta cheirava mofo. As toalhas estão em estado ruim, muito gastas.
