Hotel velho. Tive de matar uma barata no banheiro. Havia um buraco no teto do banheiro (foto) que dava para os encamentos, provavelmente por ali entram baratas. Tomei dois dias de banho com água apenas morna, porque não esquentava. Roupa de cama velha e desgastada. Não recomendo de forma alguma. Não vale o que cobram

Achei o hotel, no geral, barulhento. Eu ouvia ruído alto dos aparelhos de ar-condicionado dos outros quartos. Tentei ligar o split, mas logo desliguei, pois o som de engrenagem era bem desagradável. Café da manhã com frutas passadas. O quarto onde fiquei, 410, era um quarto de motel, com banheira de hidromassagem e uma parede de vidro com “vista” para a cama. Pontos positivos: a limpeza (realmente excelente, com muito capricho e cuidado); a localização (muito perto do metrô e do comércio); atendimento cordial dos funcionários.

Hotel com excelente localização, ótimo café da manhã, estacionamento, funcionários gentis. Apenas como sugestão para a melhoria, sugiro que o cartão de abertura da porta do quarto seja entregue junto com um envelope onde conste o número do quarto, como é usual em outros hotéis. No meu caso, como esqueci o número do quarto que me foi informado, tive que retornar à recepção para perguntar. Mas isso não comprometeu em nada a excelente experiência da estadia.

Localização boa, com comércio próximo, cama boa, internet boa. Chuveiro bom, banheira boa, café da manhã com ótima variedade e muito saboroso. Nossa experiência superou as expectativas. Ficamos apenas uma noite no hotel e assim que chegamos nos surpreendemos com a gentileza e agilidade do Vitor.
