The hotel is located pretty close to the beach and nature. Great service and nice not to be in the middle of Rio ( approximately 1h away from Copacabana). Great experience especially for the price.

The food at breakfast was great, but it is a regional menu that I am not familiar with it. Fruit was fresh and immediately replenish when consumed by guest in the morning. Otherwise it is was a good experience.

O quarto adaptado para deficiente é espaçoso, mas o banheiro não é adaptado! Não tem as barras de apoio no assento sanitário e na bancada, o box fechado com blindex e só 1 barra de apoio próximo as torneiras do chuveiro! O restaurante do hotel não tem conexão com o Hotel, se fizer qualquer pedido de refeição ou bebidas tem que pagar no ato! A localização dentro do shopping é muito boa!

O café da manhã era fresco, mas sem muita variedade, todos os 03 dias que passamos lá, foi servido salsicha, linguiça e ovos, e o mesmo mingau de AVEIA, a salada de frutas tinha pouca variedade, não vi iogurte, só presunto e queijo branco e amarelo, não teve peito de peru, ou outro frio diferente. A funcionária nada simpática, bateu na porta e na campainha ao mesmo tempo para avisar do checkout, sendo que eu ainda tinha mais uma diária, e nem se desculpou pelo o incômido. O quarto era limpo, apesar do lençol está rasgado, senti falta de treinamento na equipe, a maioria não foi simpática e educada, seria bom se disponibilizassem uma área aberta para fumantes dentro do hotel, (podetia sr na varanda do Sslão de Convenção), pois nesse caso eles tinham que descer e fumar na frente da Hotel. Pontos positivos, boa localização, quando o ar deu problema, foi resolvido, tinha água gelada aromatizada com frutas na recepção e café. E os fogos foram muito bonitos!
