"It being located just across the COSI was a big bonus. We were able to use their parking for a couple of dollars cheaper than the hotel.and it was easily accesible. It’s so close to downtown but has the peace and quiet of the suburbs. The hotel is also just adjacent to the police station which made us feel safer in parking on the side street or in the public parking of COSI. The room was clean with enough amenities such as an electric kettle, fridge and hair dryer. Our only complaint was the condition of the pillows. They did not have enough cushion. Oh well we survived our one night stay by making use of their big throw pillows! They also have a clean and decent gym! Best of all, we got complimentary tickets to COSI! All in all we loved our stay at The Junto and if we ever go back to Columbus, this is where we’re going to stay again!"

"From start to finish, my stay was nothing short of amazing. Liz at the front desk was incredibly kind and exceeded all expectations for hospitality. Her customer service truly reflects the care taken in vetting the staff. Thank you, Liz. As if that wasn’t enough, the outstanding breakfast staff sealed the experience. Demetria and Sonji were exceptional and so pleasant and full of light and character, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Even the housekeeping staff greeted me warmly in passing and wished me a Happy New Year. The level of care and professionalism across the entire team is truly something to be proud of.
