We will be booking for every stay in Columbus! We had a corner room that was so spacious, the room was clean and all we had to do was text for anything and it was taken care of! Checkout was the latest of all the hotels we've ever been at and it was walking distance to convention center!

Staff was nice... the room on the other hand was not as expected..... rusty all in the shower, the shower door felt like it was about to come off the hinges, the shower wouldn't stop leaking, used toilet paper, no trash bags in the cans, paint was all scratched up, floors looked like they hadn't been mopped, the soap rack fell off the wall, the vent was loud and full of dust, pillows smelled... just an okay experience..

Excellent service always. I have stayed here multiple times over the last few years in my travels from Australia. The rooms were always spotless. Team on site were always helpful and welcoming. The room was nice. I did get startled at around 1 am with someone trying three times trying to get into my room. I assume another guest got confused with room numbers. Neighbors were also quite loud. Lastly, I requested a walk up call and staff forgot to call me.
