10/10 Excellent
"Check in was quick and efficient. She informed us that housekeeping was not automatic and that we needed to request services each day. We simply requested it each morning and the girls did a wonderful job cleaning our room, making beds, and restocking towels. The hotel was quiet and we felt safe. It was a quick walk across the street to the Conference Center. The Flatiron Tavern located next door was a hidden gem with great service and food. "
"I usually don’t sleep well or at all in hotels I slept like a baby! Bed and pillows were excellent. I was shocked. Room was very nice. Loved the bathroom. Fridge and microwave was big plus.
Didn’t eat in the hotel but many food options near the hotel.

"We loved the ease of checking in and the news of all the freebies from the 🏠 ge breakfast buffet to an additional dinner buffet and free drinks. We didn't partake in the free popcorn, but that was also a nice surprise. The room was spacious and filled with everything we needed. Upon getting ready for bed, we noticed the sheets were dirty and called downstairs. They immediately apologized and made arrangements to switch our room and comped the parking fee to make up for the inconvenience. This was a swift, acceptable, and appreciated way to resolve the problem. The next day we used the pool area and it was spacious and clean. Overall, a great trip and all of the staff were constantly there to give help with a friendly and positive attitude that made the stay even better."
