"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. First of all, the hygiene conditions were far from acceptable. The room did not feel clean, and the air quality was quite poor, making the stay uncomfortable. What made the experience even worse was the attitude at check-out. The staff were very cold and unwelcoming, which left a really bad final impression. Overall, the experience was far below expectations. I would not recommend this hote"

"The pool and the Spa treatment were great. It was a new experience having the sauna in a private room away from the Spa area. I had a really enjoyable stay. Staff and the restaurant food was pleasant. I really enjoyed the cognac collection at the bar. Loved the artwork on the premises. I highly recommend it for anyone who likes somewhere quiet to getaway for a few days."

"Lille is a wonderful place. Our only concern was the number of homeless people that approached you while you were eating/ drinking. It was very sad and we felt helpless in making a difference to them. The hotel was beautiful, definitely go back. "
