"The hotel is outdated. No phone, safe in the room. If you need front desk, there’s no phone to call. You have to go down yourself. There is no safe to put your important documents. Throughout the whole trip, I have to walk around with passports in my bag. It’s a cashless hotel and failed to put that on their website. The only reason I’m giving one star, 1) there’s no other option and 2)the staff was very nice. "

"Bar area is a nightmare , nor enough staff and a long wait for a drink. Breakfast is a war zone, being a single traveller the staff kept clearing my table every time I went to the buffet bar"

"I've stayed at the Hoxton Shepherds Bush several times and it's always extremely good. The staff are friendly and efficient, the rooms are comfortable and the air conditioning is hardly audible. Highly recommended."

"The heat in the room was intolerable even with a fan that was given. The AC clearly was not functioning and the room was at 29 degrees! When the staff was asked about this the only response I had was that the system is in the winter setting so heat is generated. A bit disappointed considering we have stayed previously. Most likely will never rebook again and go for other alternatives where the staff are more helpful and where the AC actually works! "
