"Location is great if going to Tower of London & Tower Bridge which is why I chose hotel. Hotel is under going renovations, there is no AC currently and it was hot in London late May so that was a DRAG!!!!"

"Beware that if you agree to signing up for their rewards program and agree to decline housekeeping services, the option for a 10 pound voucher is NOT good for their breakfast. We were told it was when we signed up and then was told at the breakfast venue it stated that it WASN’T good for breakfast ..."

"We were very pleased with this hotel. Staff and hotel itself were wonderful. We had a one bedroom, with a sofa bed for our daughter, and it was a good space. Walking distance to all the sights. Would definitely stay here again!"
