He was kind when I first entered the door...very very pleasant...thank you Daryl for all your help checking out..never met 2 nicer men that was kind and didn't mind assisting me nor my husband... Especially with the elevators...we were confused at first..every staff person we passed in the hallways were kind and pleasant.."

"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room door would not close properly unless it was slammed, and the trim around the door was dirty and visibly falling apart. The $20+ buffet breakfast was completely unacceptable — poor quality and not worth the price. More concerning was the ongoing construction noise coming from the adjacent room, including drilling, grinding, and loud music. When I raised this with the front desk, I was repeatedly given inaccurate and dismissive explanations (cleaning staff, outside traffic, nearby construction), none of which aligned with what was clearly audible from within my room. I even asked staff to come to the room to verify the issue themselves, and no one ever showed up. Despite all of this, I was not offered a room change or any resolution. This level of service and lack of accountability is unacceptable. "

"Location great. Staff great. Very clean. But under needed updating. The new mattresses were in the walkways. Painting needed attention. Some better decorations as this is really a beautiful property and should shine. Very comfortable bed by the way. Would recommend and will definitely go back to again."

"This place is right smack dab in the middle of Richmond, with cheep hourly parking and hotel daily parking. You and your friends can legit walk the strip and find lil convenient stores, restaurants, dive bars, clubs and raves. And it's all near the Richmond convention center, just make sure you check the time frames for everything. This place was simple and friendly, we loved it."
