"Hallway carpet is old and folding. They tray to safe water on toilet, so they you would have to wait like 5 minutes before you can fill up again so you get flush it again. Careless cleaning staff does not make sure all the used towel are taken by checking the washroom cupboard. "

"We stayed here for just one night, but honestly, it was such a beautiful experience from start to finish. The check-in process was super smooth and quick, and the staff—especially the girl at the front desk—was incredibly warm and welcoming. She made us feel comfortable right away. Valet service was very convenient—you could simply call, and your car would be ready within minutes, which made everything so effortless. The hotel itself was spotless, peaceful, and had such a calm vibe. The rooms were absolutely stunning—the floral wallpaper added such a unique and elegant touch. The view was breathtaking, especially watching airplanes take off right outside the window—it felt so surreal ✈️ The highlight for me was definitely the washroom—luxurious and beautifully designed. The Dyson hair dryer, the standalone bathtub with a view… it honestly felt like a mini spa experience. The only small downside was that the restaurant was closed, but they thoughtfully offered takeout options like muffins, cookies, and coffee at the door, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a lovely stay—comfortable, aesthetic, and memorable. Would definitely recommend! 💫 "

"Fire alarm. No access to room for an hour. Lobby crowded. Should have offered vouchers for the restaurant. Everyone tired. Did not let me gain Hilton Honours points (third party booking) I’ve stayed at other Hilton Group hotels and they let us gain points"
