"There was a major power outage for most of our stay, though it wasn’t the properties fault. It was BC Hydro. The only “minor negative” was an odour in the reception area over the two days. Hopefully just temporary and perhaps because of our own sensitivities. Overall, property is fantastic - clean, upscale. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"The room was very clean, and the sheets and towels were a cut above what is typical in this price range hotel. The bathroom is tiny with a shower/tub combination. I was in a suite with a small but comfortable sitting area and a small but comfortable bedroom with a good queen bed. The sitting area had a large and fully internet-capable TV. There was a smaller TV in the bedroom that I did not use. I arrived on a Sunday evening, and the restaurant in the hotel was closed. The area is light commercial with not much to walk to. Uber Eats delivers directly to the rooms, so that solved the dinner issue. I only interacted with the front desk personnel and they were cheerful and friendly."
