"The room wasn't cleaned properly, the toilet was definitely dirty. When I went to the front desk other guests were making complaints right before me. I asked for a refund and they called the cops. I'm gonna pursue this through the better business bureau. "

"Hot tub was perfect. Nice sized pool. Staff was very helpful. A good amount of luggage trollys. Breakfast included many choices and was served warm when expected. The eating area was set up with about 10 tables for 2 and a very long (maybe 15') high top table & chairs which was uncomfortable. Although pretty, that part of the space could have been used better. "

"To start off the staffs were very nice, and friendly. My complaint- door was broken, when we first used the key it worked but then it stopped working and the workers couldnt fix it until the next day when we left for a little bit. Very inconventient because we had to keep bothering them to manually open our door. And it wasn't just one room, both room door did that. They were able to fix one door but not the one I was staying at. Place states breakfast but no breakfast available. Unless you feel cereal and bagel is enough then yes thats breakfast. The pool was out of order. There were little things but those things didn't bother me. I know it's not 5 star hotel but I expected what was listed on the site. It was located close to a target and walmart, so that was nice and convenient. Overall, will not recommend. The hotel is older and needs a lot of updating. Needs more for what you're paying for. "

"Location for freeway access was excellent. Suite room for adults and kids was ideal for our party of 5 with separate sleeping room/kitchen, dinette and sofa space. Kitchen had everything needs for a short stay. Pool was nice temperature for kids and hot tub was nice. Breakfast and eating area were very nice and food selections were appreciated by all. "
