Staff was great. The room was clean. The only negative review was the showers had no rubber mat for the bathtub and it was very slippery. I guess the towel mat could be put in the tub if needed. Other than that, the room was great.

Our family stayed for a night. The front desk woman was especially nice and helpful. The pool was a decent temperature and the pool room was nice and warm. The biggest pitfall of the stay was that the tub/shower drain did not drain and there was standing water even after a quick shower. It was room 228, so maybe ask for a different one if that is the room you get.

We chose this Fairfield due to location close to our relatives. It is in a business park, but has very good access to major roads. No restaurants within walking distance, but didn't bother us. Staff very nice, accomodating. Clean, quiet, safe. Good value for their price. We had trouble with an air conditioner fan on a weekend. But their maintenance person was available and had it fixed very quickly. Appreciated.

Excellent customer service, great free breakfast, plenty of free parking spaces, clean guest rooms, clean swimming pool, peaceful and secured environment. Walmart and Aldi are very close by if shopping is needed. It will be one of my choices if I return to Minnesota in the future. I appreciate everyone who made my stay there successful.

Overall, it was a very good experience. Stayed there days twice in this trip (1+2). Very conveniently located close to 35W ramp (5 minutes). Rooms were clean but property overall needed a little bit more attention. Breakfast was average. Staff all around was outstanding that included the front desk, the housekeepers and the kitchen staff. All of them were always extremely helpful. Price (thru Expedia) was extremely reasonable.
