Bathroom wall was dirty. Battery was dead in first room door lock moved us to another room. Elevator was blocked by maids and we had to take the stairs . Front desk attendant responded immediately to issues with kindness and professionalism

It was very noisy. I could hear loud footsteps and banging on the floor above me. The shower water wasn't hot, which I would have appreciated. It's just an old hotel. I had to wait at the front longer than I would've liked, to check in.
