Good and clean place with good sized rooms and nice furnishings. Breakfast was good too, lot of options for vegetarian. Only negative is the lack of language skills, which is a broader issue in Brazil though, at least folks at the front desk and restaurant in a big hotel should be able to stoke a conversation in broken English. Not being able to speak a single word is not necessarily the right thing to do in hospitality 😌

Melhor hotel de Ribeirao, sempre me hospedo aqui com a família. Pessoal da recepção sabendo da nossa condição de ter 3 filhos sempre agilizam o check-in, coisa de louco.
