It was the second time I stayed in this hotel, but this time the check-in process was slow. The receptionist does not seem to be enjoying his job. Also, for a room with 3-4 people, leaving a half-used toilet paper seemed like a lack of attention.

O Hotel não fica no centro da cidade, mas para quem tem carro é tranquilo. Tem bom espaço, o estacionamento é grande, tem vagas cobertas e abertas. O quarto é grande e tem chopp na recepção

Péssimo atendimento de funcionario

Pessimo ate dimento do gerente Ualan, sendo bem debochado ao sínico quando foi feito reclamação referente ao ar condicionado do quarto estar muito fraco, se RP é uma cidade quente o hotel que instale unidades de ar condicionado proporcionais para oferecer conforto.

Boa estadia.

Estacionamento amplo e gratuito como deveria ser em todos os hotéis. O café é excelente muito melhor que outros Ibis que ficamos. Apesar de ser a primeira vez neste Ibis é possível verificar que tem uma estrutura mais antiga. Paredes com marcas de sujeira e tapete do corredor já surrado. Ficamos no segundo andar e no térreo tem algumas espreguiçadeiras fixadas no teto que ao balançar propaga barulho no quarto. Água mineral só em lata, desvantagem pelo volume e preço. O preço um pouco acima para média em Ribeirão. Diária no local por 364,00.

Overall it was ok, decorations were nice, however Dining options at the hotel were not as much available. Menu has few options when is not regular time for breakfast. Also staff had mixed attitudes: I was told there was no room service, after requesting more bathroom rug. However the other front desk staff saw me at the elevator and offer to bring the rug to the apartment. The check in wait time was longer than I am used to. About 25 min Long

Hospedagem agradável

Quarto com tamanho bom, cama de casal confortável. Os travesseiros muito macios e baixos. Lençóis agradáveis e limpos. Ar condicionado e chuveiro quente deliciosos. O quarto tinha mesa e cadeira, excelente em uma viagem de estudo/negócios. A cidade é muito quente, a piscina é convidativa, porém estava suja no dia que pude ir.

Já quando cheguei havia fila para o check In e apenas dois funcionários. Ao chegar no quarto, o ar condicionado estava quebrado e a televisão desligava a cada dois minutos. Trocamos de quarto, mas o problema com a televisão persistiu, ou seja, impossível assistir TV porque a cada dois minutos desligava e não era nada relacionado à programação. No dia do check out os dois elevadores que serviam o nosso prédio estavam quebrados.

Fizeram um upgrade pois viram que meu marido e eu somos bem altos, mas a cama nao tem conforto de hotel, infelizmente o cobertor tinha um odor meio estranho. as cortinas estavam rasgadas. tirando isso deu pra ficar no hotel pois ficamos 2 noites
