Acredito que deva ser considerado uma revisão no formato da abertura das portas dos apartamentos. Tive que descer 3 vezes para pedir ajuda a recepcionista pois a porta do meu quarto não abria corretamente. Outro ponto relevante é a revisão da água quente do chuveiro. O apto 451 praticamente só saia água morna e não quente. Eu sou bem alérgico a ácaros e senti um forte cheiro de poeira nos travesseiros e acabou atacando minha alergia.

O hotel é razoável. O quarto em que fiquei 651 precisa de melhorias urgentes. As paredes então deterioradas, com rachaduras, marcas de infiltrações, falta pintura e os móveis também precisam ser trocados pois já estão bem velhos. No geral o hotel cobra uma diária caríssima pra oferecer um quarto neste estado... existem outros hotéis ao redor que tem um preço mais acessível e com melhores condições. Ponto positivo para o café da manhã que foi super completo e variado.

Hotel Ibis Sertãozinho

O hotel é razoável. No primeiro dia o quarto em que fiquei 651 precisa de melhorias urgentes. As paredes então deterioradas, com rachaduras, marcas de infiltrações, falta pintura e os móveis também precisam ser trocados pois já estão bem velhos. No geral o hotel cobra uma diária caríssima pra oferecer um quarto neste estado... existem outros hotéis ao redor que tem um preço mais acessível e com melhores condições. Ponto positivo para o café da manhã que foi super completo e variado. No segundo dia eu pedi pra trocar de quarto, me colocaram no 763, achei bem mediano também, precisando de melhorias na pintura. Troca de toalhas e lençóis que estavam já encardidos pelo tempo de uso. A limpeza estava ok. O wi-fi funcionando perfeitamente e a TV com poucas opções de canais, mas funcionando. O estacionamento é bem amplo e não precisa de reserva.

Quarto estava sujo nas parede com marca de catarro, recepção muito lenta, somos hóspede da rede, vcs deviam ter um sistema integrado onde tenha cadastro do hóspede, funcionários muito lento, uma rede desse tamanho já deveria ter um banco de dados dos clientes, fazer ficar mais de uma hora na fila pra fazer checkin é um absurdo

Uma estadia totalmente horrivel. O banheiro estava completamente sujo, a pia entupida e o quarto aparentava que havia passado por uma "limpeza" bem basica e rápida. O atendimento da recepção foi horrivel e desorganizado.

Péssimo atendimento. Funcionários desatenciosos, mal educados. Queriam nos cobrar a estadia, sendo que já havíamos pago. Colchão velho, causou dor nas costas. Lençol manchado de sangue. Inadmissível, mas não trocam as roupas. Sem toalha no quarto, nem tapetinho. Tivemos que buscar na recepção, que não atendeu o telefone (9 e celular)porque estavam no horário de "janta". Pedi para trocar os lençóis e tivemos que sair do quarto (norma do hotel, disseram). Quisemos que deixassem a porta aberta, mas a trava estava quebrada, por norma dos bombeiros.Quando uma funcionária da noite nos disse que se quiséssemos, poderíamos ir embora, mas o hotel não devolveria o dinheiro. Isso pode? Absurdo se dirigir a nós neste tom.Ainda nos intimidou quando reclamamos da má recepção, ela disse que iria ver na câmera, duvidando do que eu disse que não tinha niguém na portaria quando chegamos. Foi uma sucessão de acontecimentos desagradáveis. NÃO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM se hospedar neste hotel. Existem outros melhores, com certeza. O gerente deveria pensar em admitir funcionários com educação, e trocar os lençóis. Sabe-se lá quantas vezes isso aconteceu.

Tudo dentro do esperado, atendimento bom e receptivo, café da manhã bom e variado. Porém, no quesito acomodação, tivemos problemas. O colchão já passou do fim de sua vida útil, tendo dois afundamentos no lugar de deitar do casal. Resultou em noites mal dormidas e muita dor nas costas. Ao chegar no Hotel, a recepcionista fez uma confusão na reserva. Que tinha que pagar um valor, sendo que já tinha fechado com vocês. iA gerar um código no cartão. Enfim, depois de grande exaustão, peguei meu cartão para pagar , pq chegamos cansados, queríamos descansar. Ela disse que não era nosso cartão e sim de um cartão virtual. Achamos super desnecessária essa informação. Para os hóspedes não importa a forma. Entre Hotels e Ibis, e sim o ok para nós hospedarmos. Causou um grande estresse. O café da manhã é excelente. Os quartos poderiam ser melhor conservados. No banheiro ser colocado um suporte para shampoo. Antes de acomodar um hóspede ver o que precisa de manutenção. A saboneteira estava caída.
