"Very nice common area with coffee and tea that really looked and felt like a bar or café. The bike themed interior was quaint and on topic and there was even a little garage for bike fiddling. The room was very nice and clean albeit a bit plain. The automated check in and out process was very smooth. Bregenz is very nice but a bit touristy. Hard is a vibe. "

"The automated 24 hr check in is a nice idea but seems not to work well in practice. We checked in after midnight so it didn’t recognise our booking as it thought we were booking too early for a booking the following day. You’d think a check in system could differentiate, but no. And the guy on the phone was super grumpy at 1am too which is a bit much when it’s their fault. There were people we saw the other day who told us the system didn’t recognise their booking number. So it wasn’t just us with issues. The hotel itself is lovely and great value. "

"Checking in was seamlessly done by myself without any contact with the hotel staff, however, I later needed help with purchasing from the vending machine but no staff was around to assist. Overall, it was a great experience and I liked this place."

"Easy to use the automated check-in and a lovely clean and spacious room. Breakfast was lovely with friendly attentive staff. Parking was easy. Nice quiet area a short walk from the centre of town. Can wholeheartedly recommend."
