Good space in the rooms and very comfortable beds.
Friendly staff. Not the biggest variation at breakfast but it was still good and had good options + you can ask to get eggs from the kitchen.

"Our stay was wonderful. The room was clean and spacious. The sister hotel, Hotel Romantik Santis, was also excellent. The sauna is located offsite (not at Hecht) but was easy to reserve. Also, I highly recommend the restaurant at Santis. The food, wine menu, and service were outstanding."
"Loved walking around and shopping in charming, old Swiss Appenzell as well as the variety of restaurants. Our room was comfortable and the owner and employees’ attention to details made it special, like a terrarium in the bathroom, good breakfast included, limited parking in their lot, and a large selection of tv channels. We both slept well and the air conditioning in our room worked well. There’s no fitness centre or room service but the bar is 24h. It is a short (< 10 minutes) walk to the train station. "

St Gallen hotel was a challenge to find due to how new it is but we arrived and were able to check straight in with the welcoming, friendly lady on reception. Covered parking for the motorcycle is always a bonus, great room, clean, comfy bed, nice pillows, near train station as they usually are. Nothing to dislike especially for the cost, great value for money hotels."
