"Everything was amazing, really beautiful property! Only thing to be mindful of is the restaurants are first come first serve and they fill up very fast! But the Buffett there was amazing and better than some of the restaurants with different themes and food each day. We ate there for breakfast and lunch each day and still managed to try all the restaurants except Japanese. 10/10 on all the food and the resort is so so clean, housekeeping does an amazing job with rooms and the rest of the hotel is wonderfully maintained. Pools are massive and even on full days there’s plenty of space for everyone, never felt crowded. The beach was also beautiful and clean, they did a good job managing the sargassum. It’s a good sized resort, not so huge you can’t walk anywhere but not so small everthing is on top of each other. It’s probably like a 7-10 minute walk from end to end but they have trolleys that run all day around the resort you can use. I would 100% come back for our next trip to Punta Cana."

"The place was very nice and cleaned. Our room was leaking water from a fixture in the bathroom and as soon as I reported they sent someone to look at it and the manager right away moved us to a different room. The staff were very helpful specifically Lucy.During our flight our luggage got damaged and she was very helpful in getting us some plastic to wrap the suitcase. I liked how they had the snack bars spread out. I loved the swimming pool how it went around the whole hotel and right outside our room. The only minor dislike was that every time we went to get towels they weren’t stocked up we had to go back to see if they already had some, And also when you have to use your credit card they charge you quite a bit highly then anywhere I have been, other wise I would recommend this hotel. All the staff and guards made you feel welcome and safe."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The buffet offered a great variety of fresh and delicious food, with plenty of options available for every meal. The service throughout the resort was excellent, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful beach. The water was clear, and while there was some seaweed, it did not take away from the overall beach experience. Overall, we had a very enjoyable vacation. The combination of good food, excellent service, clean accommodations, and a beautiful beach made this a great destination."
