"Airport shuttle only available if you call, which is not listed on Expedia, we thought they would have a rotating shuttle to come around the airport, but no, it only really works if you’re leaving the hotel to the airport, not really for being picked up "

"The room was cleaner and better than I thought it would be. I traveled with my mom she was very happy with the room and the lower level floor the overnight front desk provided. The hotel staff did not clean the room everyday which was a bit disappointing but definitely not a deal breaker. The morning breakfast buffet was pretty good but after 2-3 days it became very bland, no bacon or different options every other day. We did love the Pancake maker it was great, might have to search for a mini version. My mom loved the option of having Spanish/English church service on Sunday as she was not able to attend her own. There was a staff member Maria Jose that I gave her a very good tip to share with her coworkers, not sure if she was able to split with the other kitchen assistant. All an All, I was very delighted going to the Holiday Inn. Thank you!"

"Airport shuttle was a bit of a joke. It only runs every hour and fills ups. My flight also came in late so it was after shuttle hours anyway. Staff wasn't the friendliest on the phone when I called to ask them about the shuttle hours. It was fine for the price and honestly what I expected."

"This property was horrible had to wait over 3 hrs to check in because they said no rooms were available or cleaned then found they had a bunch of vacant rooms they didn’t know about Halfway through my stay they checked me out 2 days before my reservation was up so I had to register and then they tried charging me for incidentals again after already charging me $80 when I 1st checked absolutely horrible service "

"I had an ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL experience staying here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and peaceful place to stay!! The property was SPOTLESS from the moment we arrived, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority! One of my favorite touches was the 24/7 availability of tea and coffee, which made our stay feel even more comfortable and convenient. PLUS FREE GRAB TO GO BREAKFAST!! The parking was perfect and SECURE, and the surrounding area felt VERY SAFE and QUIET—PERFECT for families. What truly stood out, though, was the STAFF. EVERY interaction was PLEASANT, but I especially want to recognize a young man named AAndre who was working the night shift when we checked in. Despite our late arrival, he greeted us with a warm smile and genuine kindness. He was incredibly RESPECTFUL, PROFESSIONAL, and went above and beyond to accommodate our family, especially considering we have a child with special needs. His patience and willingness to help made a lasting impression on us!!! Thank you!! Overall, this was a FANTASTIC stay thanks to the cleanliness, peaceful environment, and truly amazing staff. We will definitely recommend everyone!"
