It’s well situated with easy access to malls shops and public transport Room is spacious and well equipped Bed is extremely comfortable The staff were friendly and responsive, front desk were putting up with quite a lot from some quarters, seemed to be moaning season !!!!

The room was spotless, the entire front desk staff - Karla (manager), Joseph, Christian, Dijae, Dante, and Farah, as well as the two ladies that prepare the breakfast are kind, professional, and courteous.

Staff was awesome. However, for a 100% smoke free hotel the scent of weed throughout the hotel was disturbing. Also there were no fresh towels, and my room was not cleaned at all during my stay!!

The bed had a hug dip in it. There were roaches in the room. No staff to control the noise. Kids running and yelling up and down the hallways all night. Definitely never returning here
