"The fan was not working in the bathroom. I felt it was clean. We loved the pool and staff at the desk were kind and helpful. We reserved 3 rooms and we wanted to eat there. We had 9 people and we were told that we had a party bigger party than 6 people and they charge an extra 20 percent. We would not pay that and found someone else to eat. "

"The first room we were assigned was on the 2nd floor (we had requested first floor) and the wall heater was tore apart and on the bed. The next room they sent us to had absolutely NO lock on the door. The last room and the one we stayed in had no towels, tissue, toilet paper and 2 pair of dirty socks on the window sill. The mattresses were horrible."
