This hotel is very clean and the staff were courteous and helpful. There are 2 restaurants across the parking lot, good food and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Frankly I don’t have anything bad to say about the property. The staff were friendly and accommodating particularly Della, they were cleaning all over the hotel the entire time we were there, and they had fresh ground and brewed coffee and freshly filtered hot/cold/sparkling water.

This facility is maintained at a level you rarely see. It looks brand new but is about three years old. Housekeeping is great. Breakfast was typical, but DelMo nte grapefruit was on the menu. If you want to stay in a cut above the norm facility, the avid in Billings is a winner. And, there is a very good restaurant 200 feet away. Another winner.

The hotel was extremely clean. Very nice property. HOWEVER…. The guy who checked us in was awful. He did not greet us at all. Barely said a word. Handed us our key with no instructions. Loved this place. Super clean, and the perks for me were the availability from the lobby of coffee/ tea/ sparkling water/ and water 24,7. Other hotels I've stayed at these options were not available so to have this, was an extra for us. The rooms were sparkling clean and the beds were super comfortable.
