We had a great stay. The arcade was fun and our swim at the pool was great accept they ran out of towels and told us not to bring ours from the room. We will definitely stay again.

Staff was extremely unprofessional at check in. We were definitely an inconvenience to her. The whole time she was yelling for Rick- another staffer wo didn't have his radio on apparently. The room was meh. Nothing special. No carpet so lots of echo. Squeaky bed. Minimal towels/pillows/blankets. Disappointing for $120. It was a nice hotel 5 years ago.

I booked 2 rooms for my daughter’s birthday so that she and her friends could utilize the water park and then have a sleep over. A week prior, my daughter sprang her knee and was on crutches and then she caught the flu. About 5 days prior, I tried to cancel or rebook, but the hotel refused. Not only would it have been impossible for my daughter to utilize the waterpark on crutches, but there was no way she was well enough to be out. Due to the hotel’s unwillingness to rebook our dates, I lost $250 and my daughter lost her birthday party.

My only complaint about the property is the parking lot seems a bit small especially when the hotel is full. But the rooms and staff, amazing! We love to stay here any time we come to Billings. We will be returning again in Oct.
