"The staff were lovely. The room was clean. We were supplied extra bottled water for the electric jug, which we appreciated The wifi was a big problem. I had flights & accommodation to book, the staff at reception all said the wifi was overloaded. I had to take my laptop to reception to get wifi, which was inconvenient."

"We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Soma bay. The beach was absolutely excellent; perfect for swimming and relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room cleanliness was top notch and “Omar” was incredible. Breakfast was outstanding service waiter was “Elsayed”. A special thank you to the manager who was exceptionally friendly and kind. The overall warm hospitality made us want to return again. Highly recommended!"

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome — their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding and really set the tone for the entire trip. Everything about the resort was simply awesome — the facilities were immaculate, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and vibrant. Every corner of the resort reflected great care and quality. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I would highly recommend Jaz Saraya to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. "Nice comfortable rooms. The staff was so kind and helpful. Restaurant is very good. The location is excellent if you’re into snorkeling or diving. Best massage.
