I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. A special thanks to Mr. Alaa for his great cooperation, kindness, and warm welcome throughout my stay. Highly recommended, and I would definitely visit again.

Hotellets udendørs områder er virkelig flotte og velholdte. Hvis man er til snorkling er husrevet ok, men kan ikke sammenlignes med Sharm El Sheik Desværre står oplevelsen indendørs på værelserne ikke mål med de flotte omgivelser udenfor. Allerede ved ankomsten havde vi problemer, først med vores booking, det tog meget langtid før vi fik vores værelse. Herefter var der problemer med airconditionen på værelset og vi måtte flytte til et midlertidigt værelse midt om natten. Selv efterfølgende fungerede airconditionen ikke tilfredsstillende. Værelserne fremstår generelt slidte, og især badeværelset lever på ingen måde op til en 5-stjernet standard. Servicen ved poolen er også meget langsom. Der er kun én medarbejder til at servere drikkevarer for hele poolområdet, så der kan gå lang tid, før man bliver betjent. Det mest skuffende var dog hotellets håndtering af problemerne. Receptionen virkede meget lidt imødekommende og udviste hverken forståelse eller empati for de gener, vi oplevede. Vi fik hverken en reel undskyldning eller en oplevelse af, at hotellet tog problemerne alvorligt. Til gengæld vil jeg rose Expedia, de tog vores henvendelse seriøst og gjorde, hvad de kunne for at hjælpe. Det gjorde desværre en større forskel end hotellets egen service.
