"didn't even get to check in, we contacted the hotel for the QR codes because El Gouna requires you to have QR codes to even enter the city, they told me my expedia email was "fake" and the number was "fake" and was so rude on the phone. she basically told me "I can cancel but I can't get a refund" ..."
