"Everything was really good, except hard beds and zero english was spoken. She was very nice and very helpful, used a translator app which was very nice but obviously the exact translations can get confusing at times. We found this with most of this city though. "Room smaller than expected,and had a bad smell of dampness. Drain in shower had been sealed over so water runs on bathroom floor . Also water on bathroom floor caused by air conditioner outlet hose running on to bathroom floor as well. Overall making the bathroom dangerous to walk on and very smelly. Buffet breakfast not up to expectations. We had cold showers during day."

"Outstanding service! The room was nice and comfortable - it’s a Novotel and you know what you will get. What really set it apart for us was the service. Everyone was so nice to us and super helpful. Krystal helped check us in and provided massage recommendations since their spa would be closed at the time that worked for us. The massage place turned out to be amazing. Then the breakfast buffet next morning was another wonderful experience - the spread was huge, but Vy really made it special for us. She saw that we were from India and got the chef to make Chana masala for us. Three days later and my family still fondly remembers how we were treated at Novotel. One thing to note - We had the view of the river/bridge and the balcony was nice to sit in. Though sound traveled from traffic and nearby party spots - and we were on the 30th floor. Once you closed the balcony noise wasn’t a problem for us. "
