"I wouldn't pay $100+ to stay at this hotel. I don't know about all the rooms, but mine wasn't worth $100+. I have to clarify that the only positive thing was the cleanliness, absolutely nothing else. The beds creaked with the slightest movement, and everything was very old. My room was #324, in case the rest of the rooms are perfect and I was just unlucky. This is not a family-friendly place. On the day of check-in, we arrived at 11:00 PM, and after registering, we encountered a couple smoking weed inside the premises. At 5:00 AM, we were woken up by screaming; a couple was fighting for over an hour—shouting so loudly that no one could sleep."

"Great place but not a great area. Would stay again everything is new. Very welcoming place wrote me a note, great amenities, comp water and cookies. Very excellent restaurant on property. Def would stay again excellent value!"

"The location is excellent and the staff are very friendly. However, during our one-night stay, the power in our room went out at least five or six times. It did not seem to affect the entire hotel, and I am not sure if it was only our room. Strangely, the bedside lamp was the only light that continued to work, which was quite unbelievable. I called the front desk three times to request assistance. Each time, the power was restored temporarily, but it went out again within less than half an hour. When I asked to change rooms, I was told that no rooms were available. As a result, our whole family had to use our phones as light while showering. Since we were only staying for one night, we eventually went to bed early. This was one of the most unusual hotel experiences we have ever had. Our room was on the 4th floor, while other members of our family stayed on the 6th floor without any issues at all. Hotel needs to fix this problem if they still want to continue to run better."

"Where to start: We booked 2 rooms and had these issues in both! Dirty towels with stains on them Shower curtains were dingy Shower head in room 110 was broken and spraying everywhere. Ants on the counters Bed springs were not comfortable Swamp coolers smelt molded The door lock fell off a few times Honking for 30 min in the middle of the night. One room needed cleaning twice before we walked in. Area felt unsafe When we told the guy working . He shrugged his shoulders. I would not recommend a stay here. I will be posting bad reviews on all hotel platforms. Will not be staying again!!!!"

"I’ll start by saying the staff is super friendly, the room was very spacious with two queen beds. Queen Mary is almost a hundred years old and the hall ways, rooms and other areas show a lot of wear. We had breakfast in the Promenade which was $29 per person for the buffet. Not bad. We paid the bill at the table. Our room for one night with taxes, fees, and parking was $370, but you get to explore the ship with that price. The elevators are a little confusing. Plenty of parking. "

"The staff here is really nice but the room was not clean. The bedding was dirty and the towels were dirty as well. "

"The location and layout are great - right on the water, with a walking path along it and lots of outdoor seating. The pool is also great - bigger than many hotel pools, and with lots of chaise lounges. Our room, however, was very rundown and dirty. The floorboards were warped, there were spider webs on the bathroom ceiling, and the plug-in for the coffee maker had a web of dust all over it. The bathroom generally was old and rundown. By the time I realized all of this, we had already unpacked, so I didn't want to ask to move. In addition, they informed me when we checked in that the restaurant was being remodeled, so they had limited service and only outdoor seating. We were counting of the restaurant because we didn't want to go out to find meals elsewhere, but it was too cold to sit outside. So that was a disappointment. The fire pits that they touted were always occupied by other guests while we were there, but they looked cozy. They need to get more of them so that all guests have the opportunity to use them. One of the buildings is under renovation, so I hope the building we stayed in will get renovated soon too. If so, and if the restaurants are open, this would be a great place to stay."

"Rooms were outdated, shower water was dripping all night and wouldn't shut off all the way, staff upon check in was really awesome. Next day I went to ask for pool towels and the gentlemen gave me some, but when I asked for room towels he said I needed to call housekeeping, so when I called they told us we had to go back and pick it up from the front desk anyways. Lack of communication. Breakfast eggs were cold, sausages were not cooked all the way some where still cold. Coffee was gross and watered down. Parking was good. "

"Me and my children had a great stay. The cleanliness in hospitality was something we would go back for the breakfast was absolutely delicious more than a few options to choose from. I can’t wait to go back."
