"The room was clean and bed comfortable, the pillows however were terrible and the air conditioning sounded like a jet engine we ended up turning it off. The restaurant and bar are a gem, nice food and drinks with a nice view. Close to cruise port with a complimentary shuttle."

"If you don’t like sleeping this is the place to stay. The walls in the rooms are paper thin. You will hear everything in the hallways, your neighbor, above you, etc. Bring ear plugs so you can sleep. Room was clean given how old it is and up-kept pretty well. The bar at the observatory deck has a great view but drinks are not great. Had dirty martinis that straight tasted like sea water. Staff was ok. They won’t go above and beyond but you are staying at 3 star hotel so that should just be assumed. "

"We were pleased with our room that had 3 beds. There is no breakfast available, but coffee and tea are available in the morning. The pool looked nice though we didn’t have time to swim."

"Staff was very professional and friendly. The breakfast was okay. However, the rooms require a lot of maintenance. The windows lock was broken. With windows gaining access to the outside, this leads to a major security risk. The bathroom door had multiple screw holds and was old and dirty."
