Disliked: no hair dryer, no frying pan. Pots and pans supplied are very cheap quality. Only 2 pillows on a large bed. Suitable for short stays. "I was very disappointed with the bed, as it was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I asked if it could be changed, but I was told that all the beds in the hotel were the same. What made the situation even more disappointing was that I was supposedly staying in one of the hotel’s best rooms. I expected a much higher level of comfort, especially considering the quality of the room I had booked"
