We experienced a room with plumbing problems that the toilet was not functioning correctly the first day and we had taken pictures of thenn by pool area and we just felt like we were being robbed by paying almost $500.00 for a room that was supposed to be clean and accommodating and I don’t see much that showed that to me and my family.

Great Staff

Hilight was the hotel staff from the front desk, to the maids and breakfast servers they all get an A+. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Rooms facing the street a little noisy and had to move rooms to parking lot side. Downside was cost. Expensive for what it is but little option elsewhere.

It was our first time staying at the Hampton Inn Lewiston/Auburn during a visit to Bates College. Overall, our experience was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were hot. Breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety of options. In addition to 24-hour hot coffee and water, complimentary chocolate chip cookies were available at check-in, which was a nice touch. The location is great—very close to the Riverwalk trail, restaurants, and just a short drive to Bates College. Although our room was a bit noisy due to its location near a major street, we still had an overall positive experience

Had a single night stay at the Hampton Inn, Lewiston Auburn. The property is clean. The staff is what really made the difference. I must say the front desk people who checked us in more excellent and a big shout out to one of the housekeepers Ray. She was absolutely wonderful with my five-year-old daughter who was leaving the pool and a bit upset about it. She put a smile on her face. Thank you so much.
