The AC did not disappoint with the heatwave that was going on during our stay. The views were absolutely amazing, and the breakfast was delicious with a great selection. "This hotel was absolutely stunning. We stayed in the luxury building in the town square which overlooked the beautiful church. The location was fantastic and we still had access to breakfast and all of the amenities the hotel offered like the pool and restaurant. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Amalfi and be close to everything. Easy walking distance to the ferries and public transport, etc."

"Every time was excellent, it’s family business, so every one is doing the best they can to keep the customers happy, they go beyond a regular job duties, myself and my wife were very happy with everything. Antonio was very helpful and pleasant, Francisca in the restaurant was very pleasant, other staff were very friendly, but limited English, but did great. We would go back"

"Alessandra at the front desk was so kind and helpful! There was a shuttle always available to take you into town from the hotel which was so convenient. Joesepi and Roberto were both kind drivers of the shuttle and they both helped us when we had a request in our room. All the staff were kind and extremely attentive! The view from the hotel is just breathtaking!!! We had room 202 and did our 25th wedding vow renewal right on the balcony! The view cannot be beat! We loved Ravello better than any other place on Amalfi Coast!!!!"

"Hotel Plaza is in an ideal location…close to everything!! The staff is extremely friendly and super accommodating. We decided to stay another night and they were able to upgrade us to a larger room overlooking one of the main streets with a balcony. The morning breakfast buffet is AMAZING! The most delicious buffet we’ve ever had at a hotel. They also provide all of the amenities you could imagine in the rooms and the bed is super comfortable. The rooftop pool is even more beautiful than the online photos with a stunning view of Mount Vesuvius. We recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sorrento!"
