The staff were very nice and friendly. The parking is private but does cost 30 euros a day to park. The steps are older and a lot of them to the top. Dining with in walking distant is limited but the b&b next door restaurant was amazing. The view was wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay here - very quiet in the off-season, and I imagine it's even nicer as a way to get away from the crowds if you go during the summer. Great views and the staff were amazingly helpful with advising us on what to do and for anything we needed during our stay. As others have noted, there are around 100 steps to get to the Villa. They will bring your luggage for you, so don't worry about lugging a suitcase up 10 flights of stairs. Then again, if you are deterred by 100 steps, then it is possible that Amalfi isn't the best destination for you anyway...

My party stayed for three nights. The Villa was very nice with awesome vistas and unique in many ways. Without question the host, Alisio, was the best, most helpful we have ever experienced. The sit-down morning breakfasts on the outdoor patio overlooking the Amalfi coast were a spectacular experience. On the whole we enjoyed our stay. Two things to know concern stairs and transportation. My wife and I are in our 70s and our Villa room was 140 stone steps above the street. It was challenging for us. Also, the transportation situation is problematic. The Villa is about two kilometers outside of town. If you have you own car you're in good shape. But if you don't you're going to deal with expensive taxis, overcrowded public buses and private drivers to get around. We finally had to rely on Alisio to arrange a private driver for several trips because the overcrowded public buses would not stop to pick us up. He was wonderful and took good care of us!

What an amazing place! Incredible views, spacious suite with 2 big bedrooms and shared patio with wonderful jacuzzi pool, nice seating and even table football for the kids. Staff were so nice and helpful and breakfast served on the patio was the best we had on our trip. Only downsides were the steps - to be expected for the view but not suitable for anyone unfit or with a disability - and the fact that there are few eating places within walking distance (two restaurants next door are very pricey). But honestly, this place is a very quiet and very lovely slice of paradise.
