The rooms were awesome, slept great,even though you are on the main square, couldn't hear any traffic inside. The balcony was great for people watching and the drinks in room fridge was a nice touch. Great breakfast and easy excess to train. Would definitely come back and highly recommend Elys. .

We stayed here with my family of 4 adults for 4 nights and we all were extremely happy w how clean and modern our room was. We actually had an upstairs balcony inside our room! The amenities were above and beyond. The bathroom was big and bright lighting. The beds were so comfortable and the closets lite up and the lighting around the room was beyond the best! It was one great amenity after another here. Alyssa the girl at desk was so pleasant and so helpful and delightful. The breakfast our lady presented each morning at 8 am was beyond the best we had at many hotels in Europe it was just outside our room in a marble hallway that was bright and all white marble and bright lighting. A 24 hr machine that made any coffee at the ready and cookies all hours of night too. We also had our own coffee|tea inside our room and other drinks like small bottles of coke and fruit drinks and also a complementary small prosecco! This hotel literally was on the top of one of the best shopping streets in sorrento and our door dropped us immediately into the best of it! Could not be more central to it all local restaurants and shops. We will be coming back again and also telling friends of this fabulous boutique like stay! 5 star for my family! Love love this place!!

Beautiful room in a great location.

Elys Suites has beautiful rooms in a central location. Extremely clean, bed was comfortable, and very sweet staff. I would stay here again if I return to Sorrento.

Loved the location, close to everything! Staff was great to work with. Rooms were great size and very clean. Hard to get used to staying where there isn’t staff on sight 24 hours. Breakfast buffet was wonderful!! Would definitely stay here again!

We could not have wished for a better place to stay. Stayed here for 7 nights and it was like home from home. Staff are absolutely amazing and could not have been anymore welcoming 😘 Marylu is amazing as was the amazing cleaning lady The place is spotless The breakfast served in lobby each morning was also ample with a good selection of sweet and savoury. Only been home a day and already miss the place ❤️

This is a lovely, very small property. The rooms are far more spacious than most Italian rooms. Seems quite new! The welcome beverages in the fridge were lovely and the daily breakfast was very good! Only problem we had was finding the property and we did not realize we should have been checking WhatsApp for information

This property is a hidden gem. Smacked in the center of Sorrento, next to the main piazza, shopping, dining and only a few minute stroll from the beach. The apartments are beautifully decorated with great amenities. Hospitality was amazing and welcoming as you would expect in a magical place like Sorrento. I would definitely go back and would highly recommend it.

Amazing hotel!

We were extremely happy that we choose Hotel Elys Suites for our stay in Sorrento for our family of four! The room was very modern, clean and spacious with an amazing view overlooking the main square, Piazza Tasso. Great location in the heart of town which was very lively. Even though we were so close the the action there was almost no street noise when the doors to our balcony were closed. There was also a delicious breakfast available every morning with fresh fruit, pasties, eggs, coffee, etc. Sylvie went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She made our dinner reservations for us and even arranged for a driver to take us to Naples to catch our train when we left. I would highly recommend this hotel for its service, cleanliness and location.

Superb stay

This hotel is really nice. The location is just in front of Tasso plaza where is the center of Sorrento. So very accessible any hot places such as restaurants, bars. Souvenir shops, and port…etc. Hotel is really clean and neat. Every facilities are well remodeled so they are very modernized. And there are so many complimentary drinks such as warer, sodas, juices and mini champagne. Really amazing. Most of all, there are really fantastic staff named Sylvie who is amazingly wonderful. During our stay (from booking to after-chek out), she was really kind and helpful for everything what we needed. The best person I’ve met over 25 years trips all over the world. Thanks to Sylvie, my family’s trip to Sorrento was a couple of times wonderful. I strongly suggest this hote to whom wanna stay in Sorrento.

We selected Elys largely based on traveller reviews. They are correct, this is a perfectly located, well run, clean, modern, safe and comfortable hotel. We chose a superior (corner) room which has 3 balconies overlooking the main square. Giusy is a fantastic host, providing all the information you need or want about everything from arrival, sites or restaurants and making you feel most welcome. A nice selection of pastries, fruit and other breakfast items are laid out each morning. You will need to walk less than 30 meters from where the taxi drops you to acces the hotel. Plan on having “WhatsApp” available as that is the preferred method of communication, with Giusy providing photos of how to locate the hotel once you arrive in town. It is just a few easy blocks from the train station and mostly smoother surfaces, with a couple short areas of the basalt tiles. (Giusy does provide detailed information on parking prior to arrival if that is required.) There is a lift specified for luggage only, and wide easy steps up to hotel level. We left reluctantly, quite enjoying our stay.
