"Our stay was okay, but a few small details could be improved. The studio wasn’t on the highest floor as expected, there was no hand wash, and only half a roll of toilet paper was provided. These simple touches would make a big difference, especially for families travelling from afar. We were also asked to cancel our unrefundable booking, which caused some confusion, and check-in instructions were not sent 24 hours in advance, making arrival less smooth. "We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this apartment, especially for families. The host was very responsive, helpful, and quick to reply whenever we needed anything. All the check-in instructions were clear and well organized, and the video guide made it extremely easy to find the car parking and complete the check-in smoothly. The apartment was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and secure, with plenty of space for my family. The location is also excellent — it’s only around a 10-minute walk to Genting SkyAvenue, with a convenient bridge connecting the apartment building to the area. Another big advantage is having shops and restaurants within the apartment building, which made everything very convenient. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Genting. Great location, clean and spacious apartment, excellent security, and a very helpful host. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again!"

"The security is not well equipped about the Antara Genting faciltiy Education and information needed to be given to them in order to direct the customers there One of the security said there is no sauna available but infact there is one in the gym. Otherwise my stay was ok beside the microwave and the hot plate was not working in unit 4901. I should have asked for help but it was over and it was ok overall. I love the stay, it was top notch actually."

"The 3 bedrooms are just nice for my family, the room are clean and new, walking distance to Genting Highlands indoor and outdoor theme parks. It has nice views and a jacuzzi at balcony. We have fun staying. We stayed one night, would suggest stay at least 2 nights."

"Beautiful hotel with friendly helpful staff, especially Mark who showed us around the hotel at check in. Lovely welcome drink offered at check in also. Gym looked great but only had one night stay and didn’t use it, the pool area was lovely and relaxing. Rooms were clean and bed was huge and super comfortable. Day spa looked nice but didn’t use. The food was a bit average at the restaurant down stairs and think they could add a few cocktails to the drinks list to have round the pool. Other than that enjoyable stay."
