Check-in and check-out were seamless and the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Very quiet and comfortable bed which ensured a good sleep. "This hotel is fine for a quick stop, but the rooms feel dated, our king bed was in reality 2 beds that were put together and not particularly comfortable. The one redeeming aspect was the on-site restaurant that was excellent."

"The staff went out of their way to help us, and always with a smile. The food was excellent with reasonable variety at breakfast. transportation/ bus station is 10 meters from the entrance. I loved this place."

"As a North American, I was pleased by the large rooms, real air conditioning (not the one that stops at 26C/79F). Location is interesting with the Dreiländerbrücke/three countries bridge/passerelle des trois pays nearby. It is a big shopping centre and traffic can be a bit loud, but stops when the center closes. Be careful if you have a Swiss travel pass, it doesn't cover the German part of the tramway line."
