"This hotel experience was exceptional because of the staff (thanks Pamela!) and care they took to ensure our stay was the best possible. I was there for Comic-Con and through the chaos we had a shuttle that ran every 15-20 minutes, a room with comfortable pillows and a view of the pool, reasonable parking and really great coffee. The room was fine, older but comfortable. My one complaint is the coffee was not great and no fresh half and half! But other than that, I was beyond impressed with the staff and the experience. "

Fromt desk did not offer early check-in, which would have been greatly appreciated due to a long drive and no sleep from working the night before. Quick drive to the trolley station.
