"The property was not the standard I expect of Expedia. The heating was on a schedule such that at night the temperature in the house was around 6 degrees giving me a backache until I asked the owner to keep the temperature at a constant 23 degrees. There no toiletries provided till I asked the owner to provide them. There was only one bowl for porridge until I asked for more of the owner. "This hotel was a little out of the way, so you’ll have to use taxis for Transport. They were very accommodating when we arrived early and they got us all checked in. The property was well maintained and the room was a nice size. The staff were helpful and managed all us cruise passengers even though there was a lot of us. I would stay here again. Dover is a beautiful town. "
