"This was our 3rd stay in 2 years, each time in a garden room. The terrace is so lovely to have in addition to the room. We asked for a 'more comfy' chair and we were given one which benefitted my wife immensely. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. 1 improvement would be a shower mat as the shower floor tiles are very slippery. On our last 2 visits we have bought a shower mat in a lical shop."

"Room was very nice apart from safe and phone not working. They did not fix it during the 3 days stay. Breakfast is musch too expensive although nice products were served. Good quality food in the club house from a small menu. Restaurant was very nice and good but small menu. Prices are much higher than semilar places I styayed. (too high) The golf course is well designed and has potential to become good but needs serious maintenance! (not worth the greenfee as it is now!)"

Just selected this hotel due to close distance from our customer, but will come again definately to feel like a home. "This modern property is in the very centre of Louvain-la-Neuve, just five minutes' walk from the railway station. The receptionist was professional and spike good English. Our room was spotlessly clean and served daily by the housekeeping team. We did not dine in the hotel but had a number of snacks, hot chocolate, etc., from the bar."
