"チェックイン時の対応が長過ぎる点で、、、 場所的に長旅で疲れた状況なんで、ダラダラした説明は不快になります。例えば、街の説明はわかり易いしおりがあるから、川沿いの露天風呂以外の説明は必要無かったです。17時にチェックインなのに閉店してるヨーグルト屋さんの紹介をされてもね〜!って感じです。 それと、フロントは清潔感はあるのですが、変な匂いがします。 それと、チェックイン時の部屋の温度、3月前半なのに、エアコンの設定が冷房の22℃!入った瞬間、寒い!ってなりました。そのまま長い説明になり!だったんで、そこも不満に思いました。 温泉などは良かったから、長旅で疲れてるお客様の気持ちになって対応してくれると満足度が高まると思います。"

"子供の遊ぶところが、ラウンジから見守れたら お酒やジュースを飲みながら見守り出来るのになーと思いました。ファミリー層のホテルなので、もう少し配慮していただけるともっと良いホテルになると思いました。 遅い方の朝食だったので仕方のないのかもしれませんが、残っていないものもあって残念でした。"
